Our Raw Cambodian is 100% natural, unprocessed, & hasn’t been chemically treated or steamed pressed in any way. Our 100% Cambodian Hair is extremely RARE & truly one of a kind! Colors range from black, dark brown, light brown, & blondes! Each bundle is unique! The premium wefts are crafted with the thickest, most durable threads to ensure minimal to NO shedding!
*PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE WAVE PATTERN VARIES! You may get a really wavy bundle or a looser wave bundle! Bundles are cut from SINGLE donors! So patterns will NOT be identical! Once all bundles are installed, you will not notice a slight difference in pattern! It will all blend together beautifully once installed! Trust!
*Bundles are weighed by weight & NOT by weft/track length & thickness! Each bundle will weight from 3.5-4.0 ounces! You can not determine the weight of the bundle by track length, bundles are WEIGHED!

PLEASE NOTE: no two bundles are alike, similar but not identical! Bundles vary from thickness & density. We ask that when ordering please keep this in mind that each bundle blends well once it is installed and blended together. For best pairing of bundles, please purchase all your bundles at same time so that we can do our best in matching your bundles as far as texture, color, and wave. It is not guaranteed to have identical matching bundles that are same color, wave, density, thickness etc.
Shipping & Processing:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after ordering. After your order is processed, it will then prepare for shipping. Orders placed after 3pm CST will begin processing the next business day. Standard Shipping is 2-3 business days after processing & Express Shipping is 1-2 business days after processing. Processing time is not included in shipping times! All orders are shipped with UPS & will require a signature confirmation!
Returns:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Please read each product description throughly to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. All products must be in NEW condition with all tags attached, unbrushed, unworn, unwashed, & not tampered with in any way. All return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customers. Once we have throughly inspected your order & it meets our exchange requirements, we will process your exchange for in stock products ONLY.
Pre-Installation: we highly recommend that you wash & condition your extensions prior to installing. This brings out the best pattern & also helps with any smashing or tangling the hair has developed while packaged. If your extensions are difficult to run your fingers through, they need to be shampooed!
Weekly/Bi Weekly Care: we recommend washing & conditioning your extensions at least every 2 weeks depending on how much product is used on your extensions. This eliminates product buildup which can lead to tangling & shedding. We recommend using a moisturizing shampoo & conditioner that is sulfate free.
Nightime Care: please make sure you are twisting or wrapping your hair extensions up at night using a silk/satin scarf or bonnet. This helps with tangling & shedding. Make sure you throughly brush or comb out any tangles before wrapping your hair up at night. Always brush starting from the ends & work your way up to the roots.
Please note that the hair in this bundle reacts & is visibly comparable to naturally hair and requires maintenance & upkeep. You must care for 100% Raw Hair properly as you would do your own! Washing and conditioning weekly or Semi weekly! You can use a light oil or mousse to tame the frizz.
Do not be alarmed if you receive a bundle that seems untamed, has poof, or frizz. It’s 100% Raw hair so it’ll need washed & conditioned before installing.
We strongly suggest that you have a licensed stylist perform any chemical services to your hair extensions. PLEASE BE AWARE that coloring, dyes, bleach, or any chemical services will alter the integrity of your hair extensions so please be aware before performing any hair altering services. All hair reacts differently to certain products & regimens. Reactions include but are not limited to extreme dryness, breakage, shedding, matting, and tangling.

Yes our 100% Raw Hair can be colored, straightened, & curled. It will revert back to its original wave/curl when wet throughly. We strongly suggest that you have a licensed professional to perform any chemical services to your hair extensions. PLEASE BE AWARE that coloring, dyes, bleach, or any chemical services WILL alter the integrity of your hair extensions so please keep this in mind before performing any hair altering services on your Raw Hair extensions!
Reactions include but are not limited to are extreme drynesss, breakage, shedding, matting, and/or tangling.
PLEASE NOTE: darker color bundles especially Raw Cambodian Hair bundles are very resistant to color if you are wanting to bleach or lift the bundles. It will not go to a light blonde! we would strongly suggest purchasing our Raw Indian Hair or our Russian Blonde Collection!

Raw Hair is 100% raw, unprocessed hair that is collected from donors & hasn't been chemically treated, altered, or steamed in any way. It is 100% human hair & hasn't been mixed with any animal hairs unlike hair extensions from China.

Yes you can order online via our website & choose PICKUP at checkout to pickup your order in our store. After your order is placed, please allow at least allow us 12-24 hours to package & prepare your order. Your will receive a pickup notification email when your order is ready for pickup. Pickups are only available during our normal business hours!

Our 100% Raw Hair comes from a single donor in different origins in the world. Bundles are weighed by the weight of the bundles & not by length of tracks/wefts. Since bundles are weighed, it may appear that weft length may be short on certain bundles that have heavier/thicker hair strands.
PLEASE BE AWARE that no two bundles are going to be identical! It may vary in color, texture, luster, & pattern.
We ask that when ordering please keep in mind that each bundle blends well once it is installed & blended together. It will not be a noticeable difference once installed! For best pairing of bundles, please try to purchase all of your bundles at the same time so that we can due our best in matching your bundles as far as texture & wave.
