Shipping & Processing:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after ordering. After your order is processed, it will then prepare for shipping. Orders placed after 3pm CST will begin processing the next business day. Standard Shipping is 2-3 business days after processing & Express Shipping is 1-2 business days after processing. Processing time is not included in shipping times! All orders are shipped with UPS & will require a signature confirmation!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Please read each product description throughly to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. All products must be in NEW condition with all tags attached, unbrushed, unworn, unwashed, & not tampered with in any way. All return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customers. Once we have throughly inspected your order & it meets our exchange requirements, we will process you exchange for in stock products ONLY.

Please note that the hair in this bundle reacts & is visibly comparable to naturally hair and requires maintenance & upkeep. You must care for 100% Raw Hair properly as you would do your own! Washing and conditioning weekly or Semi weekly! You can use a light oil or mousse to tame the frizz.

Do not be alarmed if you receive a curly bundle that seems untamed, has poof, or frizz. It’s 100% Raw hair so it’ll need co-washed & conditioned! 

We strongly suggest that you have a licensed stylist perform any chemical services to your hair extensions. PLEASE BE AWARE that coloring, dyes, bleach, or any chemical services will alter the integrity of your hair extensions so please be aware before performing any hair altering services. All hair reacts differently to certain products & regimens. Reactions include but are not limited to extreme dryness, breakage, shedding, matting, and tangling.
